i found the room spacious and well-designed. the hotel's location near the waterfront was convenient (i loved walking along the harbour). breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff were helpful with directions and local tips.

the wifi connection was occasionally unreliable and slow, making it difficult to stream videos.

the reception staff provided prompt and courteous assistance. concierge services were available for luggage storage. staff arranged a taxi to the airport for my departure.
